At the end of each market day, we are all ready for comfort food! Nothing says comfort like a marguerita and fried chicken, not the usual combination, but when I tell you it works, TRUST ME and Agave !!.

Agave Southwest Soul Food

Agave’s Cayenne Fried Chicken

Spicy buttermilk marinated fried chicken breast topped with roasted poblano drizzle, served with mashed potatoes and grilled corn on the cob.

Santa Fe Blue Corn Enchiladas

House Smoked chicken with Hatch green chilies, mild cheddar, and sour cream, served with green chile pinto beans, and corn relish.

 Shrimp Ceviche Verde Tostada

Fresh gulf shrimp marinated in tomatillo, chiles, and lime, served over a crispy tortilla with red and green chile sauces.

Finally, there is Anis Café & Bistro, an unassuming French restaurant where you can enjoy Steak and frites or simply have a Croque Monsieur (basically ham and cheese! LOL) Make sure you leave room for dessert-or skip the main course and go straight to the sweets! The Bread Pudding is to die for !!!
